Welcome to Bingu! Bingu is an application developed by Bingu Studio (hereinafter "we" or "the developer"), designed to provide a window on the MacBook menu bar for displaying video content from the Bilibili website. Please read this user agreement (hereinafter "agreement") carefully, as it constitutes a legal agreement between you and Bingu Studio when you use Bingu.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bingu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, please stop using Bingu immediately.

2. Service Description

Bingu is an application that displays on the MacBook menu bar. Its main features include:

Displaying video content from the Bilibili website;
After the user logs into their Bilibili account, displaying related feed updates, anime details, and watch later lists;
Video recommendations based on user preferences and trending videos.

Bingu serves only as a navigation tool for displaying Bilibili content and does not involve any tampering, malicious blocking, or other improper behavior toward the original Bilibili website. Bingu itself does not provide video content; all content comes from the Bilibili website.

3. User Account

Bingu may require you to log into your Bilibili account to access certain features. Your Bilibili account login information is handled by the Bilibili website. We do not collect, store, or transmit your Bilibili account password or other sensitive information. You should ensure compliance with Bilibili user agreement and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of your Bilibili account.

4. Intellectual Property

The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Bingu application belong to Bingu Studio. This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property license other than permitting your personal use of Bingu. The content and trademarks of the Bilibili website belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

Bingu is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Bingu will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Since Bingu relies on the content and services of the Bilibili website, we cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of content. The Bilibili website may change its services or access policies, which may affect the functionality of Bingu.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bingu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Bingu, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
